Ingredients
-1 cup Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
1/4 cup Pure Ghee (melted)
2 tbsp Semolina (Suji)
about (1/4cup cup) thick sugar syrup or as required
1/4 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
8Cashewnuts (chopped)
10 Almonds (chopped)
handful of raisins ,2tsp desiccated coconut ,Milk as required,Ghee as required to deep fry the balls

Method
-In
a bowl, mix whole wheat flour and semolina and add ghee to it and mix well.
Add milk as required and knead into hard dough and roll
out lemon sized balls.
In a kadhai, heat sufficient ghee and deep fry the balls
till done.
Drain the excess oil and allow it to cool.
In a mixer, grind the balls to a coarse mixture.
Add sugar syrup as required to make laddos , cardamom powder, cashew nuts, desiccated coconut ,almonds and raisins and mix.
Make balls with the mixture .
Garnish with cherries .
Choorma modaks
are ready.
