Double Mazza Bread idli

Double Mazza Bread idli  -is an innovative recipe with mashed potatoes topped with bread slices and then cooked . Recipe name –Double Maza Bread idli 
ingredients: 
6slices of white bread.
2 boiled potatoes.
1/2 cup curd
1 tbsp ginger-chilli paste.
1 medium onion grated.

2 tsp hing/asfoetida
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil.
1 Tsp mustard seeds.
1 Tsp cumin seeds/Jeera
4-5 Curry leaves
1 Tsp Urad Dal
1tsp peanuts 
Red and green chillies
Handful of raisins 
Method- Cut the bread into circular pieces. 
Mash the potatoes Add salt, grated onions, 1 tsp hing/asfoetida,ginger-chilli paste. 
Beat the curd into a thick paste. Take a small kadai/pan. Heat the oil. Add red and green chillies jeera/cumin seeds, mustard seeds, 1 tsp hing/asfoetida,urad dal,peanuts and curry leaves. After 1 min switch of the gas. Pour the contents of the kadai into the curd. Add raisins .Take the circular piece of bread and apply potato paste on it. 
Apply slight oil on the potato paste. Put the Tawa on a medium-low flame. 
The piece of bread with potato paste has to be put on the tawa with the side containing the potato paste facing the tawa. On the top of the bread spread the dahi with tarka . 
Cover the tawa with a big round utensil or cover. And let the bread be on the tawa for 5-7mins on medium-low flame. After 7mins uncover the tawa and see if the bread indli is ready by inserting a knife in the bread. 
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
