Methi Paneer-Besan Halwa Bites



Ingredients-
For covering -1cupbesan, 1cup water, 1/2tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 2tbsps kasoori methi, 1/4tsp turmeric powder, 1 cup Paneer (Cottage cheese) mashed with salt and black pepper, 2tsp corn flour, Oil to deep fry, 2tbsps grated paneer, Red chilli flakes, dry pudina powder, salad and mixed sauces to serve .
Method-
For covering - Add 1 cup of water and the remaining ingredients mix well. Heat a pan and cook till all water evaporates and till cooked or set.Halwa is ready. Cool and make mixture smooth like dough. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Place 1 spoonful paneer stuffing in the center. Now, make a ball by joining all the edges and give a good shape of round ball gently. Make sure, the balls are firm and remain intact. Prepare more such balls .Coat in dry corn flour. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till golden brown. Cut each ball carefully from center with sharp knife into two. Garnish with grated paneer .Serve with Red chili flakes, dry pudina powder, salad and mixed sauces.
